We do not steam clean carpet. We use a process called hot water extraction to clean carpet, which is often referred to as steam cleaning because of the steam you see as we clean. These machines pump hot water into your carpet to release any dirt deep within the fibers, then extract the water and remove the dirt. The powerful suction removes a significant amount of water so your carpet will dry within hours.

While we strive to remove all stains, some stubborn stains may require additional treatments. We will inform you about the expected results before we begin the cleaning process.

Drying time typically ranges from 4 to 8 hours, depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, and air circulation in the room.

We recommend waiting until the carpets are completely dry before walking on them to avoid re-soiling. If necessary, you can walk on them with clean, dry socks.
